is a popular summer dish, despite protests by animal rights groups. The
soup is believed to improve male virility and women's complexions.
Dogs have more rods, cells that
detect light from dark, than people do. This means that they can see about
six times better than people at dawn, dusk and nighttime.

A chemical in chocolate, theobromine,
stimulates the heart and nervous systems of dogs, especially pups. Just a
few grams of milk chocolate or cooking chocolate (which contains more
theobromine per gram) can cause convulsions and a heart attack.
